Based on the crowd response, the latter — pillowy fried polenta stuffed with Dallas-based Cheesemakers Inc.’s artisan goat cheese — is likely to become a Bar Loretta favorite.The space, designed by Herr’s wife Sarah, feels both brand new and familiar.
