Wally’s Wine & Spirits

“At Wally’s Wine & Spirits, we specialize in a number of things,” says Christian Navarro, the president and principal of Wally’s Wine & Spirits. One of those things is truffle, featured in various ways on the recently launched brunch menu. “When people walk into Wally’s, it smells like truffle, so many of our dishes highlight this incredible ingredient,” he says.

During brunch, guests can choose from a selection of truffle dishes, such as the truffle eggs made with black truffle Albufera sauce, shaved Burgundy truffles and a soft baguette; truffle pizzetta with porcini truffle puree, truffle oil, buffalo mozzarella and arugula; wood oven-baked brie with a French baguette, fermier brie, truffle honey, truffle butter and shaved truffle; and a truffle caesars salad with heirloom tomato, butter lettuce, artisan romatine, Moliterno truffle pecorino, shaved garlic crouton and truffle caesar dressing.

“Caviar is also a main specialty at the restaurant,” Navarro says. “We go and hand-create our own private blend of caviar because we are caviar freaks.” The brunch menu offers Calvisius caviar in 28g, 50g or 125g portions, which is served with chef’s accouterments, crème fraîche and potato blinis.

Other brunch highlights include the smoked salmon pizzetta, steak and eggs, berry crepe and charcuterie and cheese board. Besides an expansive food menu, the restaurant also offers more than 8,000 labels of wine, spirits, beer and specialty gourmet food items worldwide.

Redtail

From interactive games and in-venue sports betting to game-day sports viewing and private karaoke rooms for small and large groups, RedTail has it all. “RedTail is a truly unique venue that offers a fully integrated social gaming experience,” says Michael Waltman, Zouk Group executive director of operations. “We created a space that can serve as an all-encompassing destination for the ultimate night out.”

Consider innovative cocktails like the sweet and fragrant Sour Plum Spritz or Hail Mary, a Bloody Mary served in a 32-ounce beer mug with all the fixings. Other unique options include the Happy Ending, a strawberry lemonade infused with Grey Goose vodka and the Singapore Sting, a cocktail that is smoky, fruity and spicy all at the same time. The beverage menu also features sharable cocktails served tableside, a few mocktails, wine and beer.

On the food menu, you’ll find poke nachos, truffle fries, fish and chips, wings, signature burgers, build-your-own salads and desserts, such as the sticky toffee pudding and a humungous sundae big enough to feed your entire group. “Here at RedTail, we certainly have something for everyone, all under one roof,” Waltman says.

Kusa Nori

Whether you decide to eat at the high-energy sushi bar, reserve a seat for teppanyaki or sit in the main dining room and do sharable plates with your group, Kusa Nori offers a memorable fine dining experience for everyone.

“We serve classic and innovative dishes from Japan, including yakitori and teppanyaki creations,” says Ryan Nuqui, Kusa Nori executive chef. “Some of our culinary highlights include oysters, crudos, specialty sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, robata meats and seafood.”

In addition to the extensive food menu, this stylish Japanese restaurant also offers plenty of drinks to pair with your meal. “Our beverage menu features a wide variety of signature cocktails, champagne, wine, beer and an extensive list of sake selections,” Nuqui says.

Starlight on 66 offers expansive views of the Las Vegas Strip, 66 floors above the neon lights. But that’s not all it offers. “While the breathtaking views already make the lounge a perfect place to hang out, the delicious food and drinks take it to the next level,” says Chanthone Vang, Starlight on 66 executive chef.

Starlight on 66’s menu features fine and rare spirits and a great cocktail menu unlike anywhere else. Signature cocktails range from the Banana Bread, which blends bananas with the finest Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, coconut syrup and almond milk to the Highlands, a drink made with Hennessy V.S, Chambord liqueur, lemon and blueberry syrup. You can even choose from a selection of tableside cocktails.

“When we were creating the food menu for Starlight on 66, our goal was to captivate an audience from all cultures while elevating classics dishes,” Vang says. Menu highlights include the Wagyu beef sliders, brown butter lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail or jumbo lump crab cake, oysters on the half shell, big eye tuna tacos, beef tartare, blackened watermelon and crispy bourbon chicken. “Each dish is enjoyed as a small plate to compliment a cocktail or spirit.”

Dawg House Saloon

“When opening Dawg House Saloon, our goal was to bring a taste of Nashville’s Music Row to the Las Vegas Strip,” says the manager of Dawg House Saloon. “Every night, our guests can enjoy live music, dancing and optimal sports viewing.”

To go along with the entertainment offerings, Dawg House Saloon features a full menu of homemade burgers, hotdogs, gourmet grilled cheeses, and sharable bites, along with a selection of draft beers and creative cocktails.

“A fan favorite is the Wanna Go For A Ride cocktail, with Rémy Martin 1738, Cointreau, lemon and a sugar rim. We also have delicious shooters like our Skittle Bomb, which is a mix of Cointreau and Redbull, or our PB&J Shooter, made with peanut butter whiskey and Chambord.”
