Easy process and was kept in the loop the whole time.
Very communicative and fast. My loan was refinanced in less than 30 days saving me more than $75 a month.
My autopay rep, Tanner, was just great to work with. Explained the whole process and was quick to respond to any questions and kept me informed through the entire process.
Kelly with Autopay was incredibly diligent in finding me a lender for my auto refinance. She anticipated potential issues and was able to secure funding in less than a week. This was an incredible feat considering it was a brand new loan and I am not quite a year out of bankruptcy.
They got me a very good interest rate. Went from 17% to 5.9%.
Overall, they made it super easy and smooth to secure my refinance. All was done via phone and email. Took a bit in beginning to get process going but once it did, I went fine. From start to finish I say it was about a 2-3 week process to send my info, them collecting additional info, working with new lender and then having lender pay off existing loan. I highly recommend
Got pre approval to refinance my existing loan that i had with another bank and since the beginning of the process, my agent was super nice, always kept me updated and whenever i had a question i got answers that same day. Overall it was a great experience and lặng definitely doing business again with them down the road.
The process was easy and quick. I was updated frequently throughout the process so I never felt lost.

Big promises of “we have you approved for your auto refinance!” give us your soc sec # and we will save you $50 a month on your car loan. I followed this up and gave them all my info as they kept me going then, once they had HARD HIT my credit (which is 750 by the way..or at least it WAS) I get a message saying “oops sorry, our rate came in higher than your current…we recommend you wait to refi)
The entire process flow from beginning to end was good. The only thing is the length of time to get the loan completed.
