Accredited courses – National Institute of Medical Herbalists

We only accredit degree level courses in herbalism. This means that if you want to study herbalism as a three or more year degree level qualification, the courses that we have accredited meet our standards and graduates will be automatically eligible for membership.

The courses are run by the schools themselves and not the Institute, so please direct any questions about the courses (specific content, time commitments, online learning options etc) to the relevant school.

Graduates from the following accredited courses are eligible to apply for membership to the Institute:

Please note: The Lincoln College BSc course is currently accredited by a third party, but as the course was previously accredited by the Institute, and given the third party's parallels with our own accreditation structure, we continue to accept their graduates.
