Bellwether Restaurant

Bellwether is revitalizing the downtown Jacksonville food scene with elevated Southern classics served in an understated setting. Like its sister restaurants Orsay, Black Sheep, and BLK SHP at Intuition, Bellwether reflects chef and owner Jon Insetta’s focus on exceptional flavors and culinary technique, while showcasing the creativity of Chef Kerri Rogers.  The restaurant’s core menu expands seasonally to include entrées and specials that reflect emerging trends and flavors with Northeast Florida flair. Any ingredient that can be fried, served on a bun, or smothered with pimiento is fair game. Be sure to save room for their soon-to-be-famous soft serve ice cream.
