Biergarten Restaurant

Location

EPCOT in World Showcase, Germany Pavilion

Selections

German roasted meats, various salads (potato, beet, and lettuce), desserts

Summary

The buffet has returned, stacked with an
astonishing amount of food of good quality. There are plenty of places in
Walt Disney World where you could pay more for less. If you leave here
hungry, ask your doctor about tapeworms. The lively 25-minute show (one
every hour) and noisy dining room are part of the fun, especially for families.
And kids seem to love the place.

REVIEW – Biergarten Boasts a Brilliant Value in the Current Climate of EPCOT

Setting and Atmosphere

Biergarten is a hefty German restaurant set
inside a nighttime Teutonic town square. You’re seated at long tables lined
up in rows emanating like the moon’s rays from a central dance floor and
stage. A lederhosen-clad oompah band plays and encourages diners to
sing along. Tables are not shared between families, and there’s plenty of
space between occupied tables.

House Specialties

Potato salad, traditional German sausages, and homemade
spaetzle.

Other Recommendations

Rotisserie chicken, braised red cabbage, and
German beer.
