Big Easy Bluewater is a truly exciting multi level ‘open plan’ restaurant set over 6,500 sq ft with 250 seats. We feature 2 bars set over 3 floors of multi level dining with live bands performing every night on the mezzanine level.

On the first floor gallery level, our Rum bar offers over 100 different rums as well as cosy dining overlooking the action of all 3 levels. 

For those that enjoy the atmosphere of the mall we offer terrace dining on the promenade. Whatever the occasion, whether you want to take a break from shopping or even start your evening off, stop by for a quick or leisurely cocktail, beer or Prosecco with some of our great bar-bites…particularly enjoyable before or after the cinema!
