Dori’s diligent and persnickety attention to detail assisted by your lovely daughters Keisi and Venis, all but ensure a delightful dinner. Our family, colleagues and friends remain impressed by the inspiring and consistent gastronomical journey you engender year after year.

 

During our visits to New York City, Eileen and I frequent “La Granouille,” in our opinion, the gold standard in fine dining. Branzino exhibits many distinctive similarities, from the friendly greeting to the exchanged pleasantries with the staff throughout the evening.

 

Kudos to you Luan for creating such a well-defined paradigm of culinary excellence. We hope the breadth of your creativity and continued mission elevating Italian cuisine to a higher benchmark is fully realized by patrons. Perhaps my comments seem bias, since we first crossed paths at Le Bec Fin, well before 2003, when Branzino opened its doors. Quite honestly, I think not! The food speaks for itself.
