Arnold Palmer Legacy Course

The Arnold Palmer Legacy Course pays tribute to one of the world’s best golfers with one of the most prestigious golf courses in the United States. Locals adore this course, perfect for new and experienced golfers alike. The 360-foot wide fairways might seem intimidating, but they’re actually a great option for every golfer.

This course is located at the Legacy Golf Club, 8255 Legacy Boulevard in Bradenton. Simply follow State Highway 758 and FL-72 E for a 30-minute drive. They are open 7 days a week, and you can book tee times as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 7 a.m. Prices range between $25 to $54 depending on the time.

Longboat Key Golf Club

Another popular course near our Siesta Key vacation rental homes is Longboat Key Golf Club, known for its breathtaking scenery. Many publications have even named it as one of the most scenic golf courses in Florida! Come experience the Islandside Course, a challenging, well maintained short course featuring banyan and palm trees with several small waterways.

Longboat Key Golf Club is located at 220 Sands Point Road in Longboat Key, a 20-minute drive from Siesta Key. Head on State Highway 758 and John Ringling Causeway to reach the course. Fees range between $65 and $160. Driving ranges are open daily from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club

For the experienced golfer, Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club presents the ultimate challenge. Come try the signature course designed by Arthur Hills, redesigned in 2015. You’ll find several water hazards, so be sure to bring some extra balls!

The Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is located at 8801 Stoneybrook Boulevard in Sarasota. It’s just a 15-minute drive along US-41 S. The fee for 18 holes ranges throughout the year between $42 and $90. They are open Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., and Tuesday from 7 a.m. until 12 p.m.
