We have been creating hand crafted breakfasts and lunches in Port Angeles since 1976. We started in a smaller space in downtown Port Angeles until the Cottage was built in 1992.
Here at the Cottage we are dedicated to quality. Our chefs arrive at 5:00 a.m. every morning to ensure that our 'from-scratch' baked goods come out of the ovens before opening. We use only the highest quality ingredients, starting with our heavy cream that is special ordered because of its superior quality and our USDA 93 score butter, the finest available. This butter is used in our
