Cotton Patch names new operations, financial chiefs

Cotton Patch Café, the casual-dining brand, has promoted Todd McEvoy to chief operations officer and Stephanie Callihan to chief financial officer, the company said Tuesday.

“We are fortunate to have two team members who have dedicated a considerable portion of their outstanding careers to the growth and success of our brand,” said Mazen Albatarseh, CEO of Cotton Patch Café, in a statement.

“Their institutional knowledge and dedication to Cotton Patch Cafe are invaluable to our organization as we continue to expand our presence throughout Texas,” Albatarseh said.

McEvoy’s career with Cotton Patch Cafe began in 1997 as an assistant manager, and he spend 16 years as a general manager. He also served as an area director, director of brand standards and director of operational services.

McEvoy most recently served as vice president of operations.

She started her restaurant industry career with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro in Scottsdale, Ariz., where she served in various accounting roles. She worked with GoDaddy and then joined Cotton Patch nearly 10 years ago, serving as director of business intelligence and her most recent administrative role.

Cotton Patch, founded in 1989 in Nacogdoches, Texas, has 49 locations across New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

The brand was acquired in 2015 by Palo Alto, Calif.-based Altamont Capital Partners
