Emergency Medical Services and First Responder Courses Offered

Are you passionate about helping others? Do you want to learn how to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill or injured? Then sign up to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Certified First Responder (CFR). You can refresh your EMT skills, too, through one of our courses.

EMT ORIGINAL Course at Parishville Fire Department
Meets 2-3 times per week (Tuesdays, Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays)
August 30 – December 15th
$750.00

EMT REFRESHER Course at Parishville Fire Department
Meets 2-3 times per week (Tuesdays, Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays)
August 30 – December 15th
$360.00

EMT ORIGINAL Course at Clarkson University
Meets 2-3 times per week (Mondays, Wednesday and some Saturdays)
August 29th – December 15th
$750.00

Certified EMS agencies can submit for NYS reimbursement upon the student’s successful receipt of NYS EMS Certification.

Anyone interested after the application deadline but before the start of classes should email emt@clarkson.edu and if there are openings still available we may be able to get you into class.
