The Factory Experience

Inside the factory

Want to visit inside our facility? Purchase your Factory Experience ticket for access to immerse yourself in all things Ben & Jerry’s!  A guided tour of our humble beginnings, displays, retail area and photos ops await!
 
The guided portion of your Factory Experience will lead you to a short MOO-vie viewing of our company’s history followed by an explanation of how we make our pints, all the while overlooking the production room floor and enjoying a sample of our chunks. The tour ends in our Flavor Room with a tasting of one of our euphoric flavors and a cow joke, or two!  

***Production schedules vary and are managed by our manufacturing teams. As a result, we cannot guarantee you will see active production during your tour***

 

Vistor Information:

  • Ticket required for admission inside the public portion of our facility for the Factory Experience. Factory Experience booking dates/times are published each Tuesday for the following week based on varying staffing levels.   
  • Pre-purchasing your tickets online is highly encouraged due to limited capacity.    
  • Day of and walk-in ticket availability will vary each day based on staffing with the potential of NO availability.
  • Currently we are open 11:00-6:00 daily. Beginning 8/14/22 we will be CLOSED on Sunday-Monday and OPEN Tuesday-Saturday.  
  • Admission includes a 30minute guided tour with view of our manufacturing floor and an explanation of our production process a chunk and an ice cream sample, photo ops and retail area.  
  • Additional ice cream can be purchased before or after outside from the Scoop Shop window. 
  • No re-entry. 
  • No ticket required to visit our Scoop Shop located on our patio in addition to our Ticket Sales & Gift Kiosk, playground area, restrooms, and Flavor Graveyard.
  • For groups of 21+ please send us an email including the requested date, time and number of people.
  • As we are a food manufacturing facility there is no glass or pets (with the exception of service animals) allowed inside.
  • Large bags are not permitted inside the factory. 
  • RV, Coach and Accessible parking located at the top of the entrance driveway hill, with designated drop off at the end of the boardwalk.
  • Cancellations can be made up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled experience for a refund minus the service fee.
