About Greenville

Any popcorn lover will indulge at Poppington’s Gourmet Popcorn in downtown Greenville. Their homemade popcorn is unique and packed with flavor. Whether it’s the classic cheese flavor, or something a little more risqué like dill pickle, they’ve got it all. It’s probably a good idea to bite off more than you can chew here, who knows when you’ll pop in for another visit!

Paris Mountain State Park is a short drive from downtown. Escape the busy scene and put away some time for yourself. Here you can rent a kayak or canoe, take a hike and explore, and so much more. It’s a great place to spend all day at, and there’s endless activities for you and the family to take part in.

CrossWinds is a par-3 course, but it’s not your typical course as this one just so happens to be 18 holes. You’ll find that there’s quite a variety in each of the holes, as the course had some incredible architects from Tom Fazio to Pete Dye, this has become one of the more popular courses in the south.

The practice areas at The Preserve at Verde are all made with Bermuda tees and fairways, and they are the only course in the upstate with Mini-Verde Bermuda greens. The Preserve is home to the BMW Charity Classic, and there’s also a chance you’ll see some exotic wildlife when you’re out on the course.
