RED STIX ASIAN STREET FOOD

Red Stix beautifully captures the sights, smells, and tastes of Asian street food. Our menu is the culmination of Chef Uno’s childhood memories in Thailand and her ongoing adventures as a globetrotter.

The finishing flourish of each hand-crafted bowl or bánh mi are Red Stix: our signature yakitori skewers. Each of our Six is threaded with morsels of chicken, pork, or steak bathed in our silky, umami-rich marinade and grilled over binochotan charcoal.

Our grill masters vigorously fan them until the coals hiss, flames spark, smoke puffs, and the meat quickly cooks to juicy, charred deliciousness. The Stix are fabulous on their own and even better when nestled on top of one of our custom bowls and sandwiches.
