Humana MA-PD HMO

The Humana Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug (MA–PD) Employer HMO plan is offered to State of Florida Medicare-eligible retirees and their eligible dependents, as part of the State Group Insurance Program administered by the Florida Department of Management Services, Division of State Group Insurance.

The State of Florida Humana HMO Plan Highlights

*NEW for 2021, Humana lowered copays for several services, such as inpatient and outpatient care, emergency room, and some therapies, as well as lowered the overall medical out-of-pocket maximum and the premium!

This custom Humana HMO plan is just for State of Florida retirees, consists primarily of copayments, and includes the following highlights:
