Dac biet – thin vermicelli noodles. Banh hoi is a Vietnamese dish consisting of superfine rice noodles woven into intricate bundles and topped with fried and green onions, served with your choice of meat, and lettuce and herbs. Eaten in the same manner as a lettuce wrap.

Chicken broth. Hu Tieu is a noodle soup served with chicken broth, much lighter than pho noodle soup. Substitution with pho (beef) broth allowed at no charge. Substitution with egg noodles (thay mi) for an additional charge. No protein substitution.

Beef broth. Pho (“fuh”), flat rice noodle soup, is considered to be the most popular Vietnamese dish and is an excellent representation of Vietnam’s flavorful cuisine. Noodles come submerged in savory beef broth with white and green onions, a side of fresh vegetables. No protein substitution. Add extras for an additional charge.
