First Course

Beef De Burgo Skewers

Skewered Beef Filet Tips, Grilled and served atop garlic mashed potatoes and ladled with creamy De Burgo Sauce

Honey, Goat Cheese Croquettes

Honey infused goat cheese, lightly battered and fried to a golden brown

Fried Artichokes

Beer battered and lightly fried artichoke portions, served with Rosemary Aioli

Steak Nachos

Crispy fried Wonton Chips crowned with Ribeye Steak, fresh avocado slice, cherry tomato with chimichurri and pickled onion

Second Course

Supper Club Spinach Salad

Fresh Baby Spinach, sundried tomato, sweet candied pecans, hard cooked egg crumble all topped with Johnny’s hot bacon dressing and signature crispy prosciutto, served with your choice of grilled salmon portion or garlic sauteed shrimp

Veal Parmesan

Lightly pounded Veal Cutlet, breaded and fried to a golden brown, topped with our house marinara sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese then lightly toasted

Chanel Number Five

Blended cheese ravioli with lobster, shrimp, artichokes and prosciutto all in a delightful cream sauce

Filet Medallion Trio

A trio of Filet Medallions each topped with a different crust of Parmesan, Horseradish and Gorgonzola, served with a rich beef demi-glace

Third Course

Chocolate Cae with Molten Fudge Center

In house made chocolate fudge cake with a molten center

Turtle Cheesecake

Our traditional Turtle Cheesecake with a fudge brownie cake crust

Creme Brulee

Classic vanilla bean custard, baked and then topped with the crunch of bruleed sugar and topped with fresh berries
