We are an elegant Manhattan Style Steakhouse serving Lunch and Dinner. In addition to our famous steaks we have Fresh Seafood, Classic Italian cuisine, Homemade Desserts and an expertly curated wine list. Our large all season outdoor pavilion with garden patio and the indoor Taproom are local favorites.

It’s all about a great steak at Joseph’s. We have Fresh Cut Dry Aged Certified Angus Steaks, New York Strip,  Rib Eye,  Porterhouse, T-Bone, Filet Mignon and Slow Roasted Angus Prime Rib. 

 

Dry Aged beef is one of the ultimate steak experiences. The process enhances the tenderness and flavor of your steak while concentrating a more beef-forward finish. The texture alone simply melts in your mouth. Joseph’s Dry Aged Steaks are hung in our large walk-in cooler under controlled air flow temperature between 21 to 28 days. The secret to our dry aging is consistency. Key ingredients are our air flow to help form the aging process, humidity control to keep the natural juices intact, and the all important temperature control to keep your steak fresh.
