Lake George Golf | The Sagamore Resort

With narrow, hard-wood lined fairways and undulating greens, Sagamore Golf Course is both breathtaking and challenging. This 18-hole, par-70 championship golf course was designed by legendary architect Donald Ross, the mind behind iconic courses including Seminole Golf Club, Pinehurst No. 2, and Oakland Hills.

The course was built in 1928, underwent a stunning restoration in the 1980s, and has become a must-play for golfers near and far. The experience is unforgettable from the very first hole, a par-4 that dips downhill and offers stunning vistas of Lake George and the Adirondacks in the distance. Lush foliage among the hills and ponds of the course adds beauty to every twist and turn.

From our historic 1928-style Clubhouse to each expertly designed hole, the course is defined by attention to detail. Join us in the foothills of the Adirondacks to experience 6,821 yards of sport, challenge, and postcard-perfect views.
