Lotus Moon will be closed for 1 week from
Sunday 17/4/22 to Monday 25/4/22,
reopening on Tuesday 26/4/22.
We are currently able to accommodate takeaway’s on most evenings, call for availability, however please note that when busy in the restaurant for dining-in we may be unable to accommodate.

Although the restrictions on social distancing, mask wearing, etc have ended, for the protection of our staff and customers we will continue to wear face masks for the foreseeable future will be following strict cleaning procedures.
We would also ask customers to respect each other and our staff and please continue to wear a facemask when walking around the restaurant. Hand sanitizer will remain in place around the restaurant for everyone to use.

If you book a table and subsequently need to amend or cancel it, we would appreciate a call at the earliest time in order to allow us to rebook it.
There is a high demand for tables which are currently in short supply and we continually have tables book and fail to turn up.
Tables are booked in at specific times to allow us to manage the orders taken and assist the kitchen to prepare and serve our dishes in a timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.
At busy times please be aware that whilst we are able to accept tables arriving early, your food order may not be taken until your booking time.
All booked tables will be held for 10mins, after which they may no longer be available. Please note that your table is available for 1hr 45mins unless requested or advised otherwise.

All the food we serve is cooked fresh to order in the Restaurant.
We will advise of the times we have available for collection.
If you are unable to get through it will be because we are taking a call or busy with a collection, please keep calling as we will try to respond to all calls when we can. We are not able to take orders via email or Facebook as these are not monitored regularly enough.
