Mauria Udyog Limited (MUL) is India’s largest manufacturer & exporters of LPG cylinders valves & regulators and also the terry towels. The company was incorporated in September 24 1980. The manufacturing activities of MUL are spread over in an area covering 150000 sq. ft. and the works situated in Faridabad a suburb of Delhi Capital of India. The Company is engaged into the business of manufacturing and trading in varied products such as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder accessories such as cylinder guards neck rings burner set cooker ring & adopter.The company has invested an amount of nearly US$12 million in its modern manufacturing plant employing a team of about 400 qualified experienced dedicated skilled and unskilled workers. The products are being regularly inspected and certified by reputed International Inspection agencies such as Bureau Veritas Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd. (BVIS) SGS and Bureau of Indian Standards.The Board of Directors of the Company announced that with effect from Tuesday July 14 2015 the scrip of the company got listed on BSE Limited under the Direct Listing Route of BSE and permitted to dealings on the BSE in the list of T Group. During the year 2016 the Company executed the Revised Listing Agreements as required under the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 with the BSE Limited and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. where the shares of the company are listed.
