Our chuck/brisket/short rib blend, seasoned and grilled – served on a killer brioche bun with your choice of cheese (American, Cheddar, Provolone, Bleu). Add thick cut bacon $3, fried egg $1.50, Crab dip $4, Bacon Jam $3 Substitute a GF bun $1.50

The Jackass Burger

The Jackass Burger is an 8-ounce patty, cheddar, bacon, bacon jam, fried egg, crab dip, fried tomato…..nuff said! (no substitutions!)

PVFD Pulled Pork

Our ridiculous house-rubbed and smoked pulled pork cooked for 13 hours and served with pickled red onions, slaw, fries and your choice of Carolina, Alabama White or Kansas City Sauce.

Brisket Grilled Cheese

Sharp cheddar, bacon jam, house-smoked brisket.

Our smoked morsels spend hours bathed in hickory smoke in our 300# Southern Pride smoker. Some of this stuff takes upwards of 16 hours to cook. As such, When we out, we out! Entrée served with your choice of two sides

Seafood

Due to a shortage of crab meat, we are currently not serving Crab Cakes. We are working diligently with local watermen to source the freshest highest quality crab meat. However, we do still have crab dip with lump meat. Thank you for your patience.

Shrimp & Grits

Of course we have this dish; What American restaurant in their right mind wouldn’t? Chef Paul’s award-winning cheesy grits topped with, you guessed it, large grilled shrimp served with garlic kale and peppered bacon bits.
