Perched atop Alameda Ridge in northeast Portland’s Hollywood District, Clyde’s Prime Rib Restaurant is one of the city’s oldest and most distinguished restaurants. Whether you come to enjoy prime rib and Maine lobster by the fireplace in our elegant dining room or to enjoy live jazz, blues, funk, and R&B in our Rat Pack lounge, Clyde’s always has just the right table for you.

Guests flock to Clyde’s because the dining room is Old Portland beautiful, the lounge is “vintage Vegas,” the staff is friendly, and the music swings, but for more than 60 years, it’s really been about the food. You won’t find hot newest, on-trend culinary concepts here. Rather, you’ll find the classics from yesteryear, all made with outstanding ingredients, passion, skill, and TLC. Best known for dry-aged and slow-roasted prime rib, chargrilled steaks, and fresh seafood. Clyde’s also offers more casual and late-night options, like house-ground burgers, IPA-battered fish-n-chips, buttermilk-fried chicken, and Poutine-style gravy fries.
