Annapolis Golf Club

The Annapolis Golf Club opened in 1925, designed by Charles “Steamshovel” Banks, a golf architect known for his horseshoe ridges. The course has winter rye fairways and poa annua greens. Although a nine-hole course, Annapolis provides a second set of tees so golfers can play the course twice for an 18-hole, par-72 round. The course measures 6,405 yards for 18 holes. The course’s wide fairways, large bunkers and raised greens challenge even expert golfers. The dress code requires a collared shirt and no denim.
