Recently remodeled by renowned designer Waldo Fernandez with calming blue-gray tones, white oak, and teak floors, CBC proudly lends itself as an accoutrement to the surrounding sea.

Drawing inspiration from the Pacific and Mediterranean coasts, CBC uses only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients from One Gun Ranch and resident farmers’ markets to create seasonal land and sea menus. And while our award-winning barman mixes his renowned spirits with small batch provisions, our sommelier hand selects an exceptional list from around the world, resulting in seven (7) consecutive Wine Spectator® Awards.
