Shefali Shah Opens Her Restaurant Jalsa In Ahmedabad That Will Serve Recipes From Her Own Kitchen

After stunning us with her incredible on-screen presence for around two decades, actress Shefali Shah is now spreading her wings in the hospitality sector too. Teaming up with renowned hospitality professional Neha Bassi, Shefali has launched a lavish theme-based restaurant, Jalsa in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. From the decor and cutlery to the presentation and recipe, everything about Jalsa has been personally executed by Shefali. Apart from being a skilled actress, writer and painter, Shefali is a gastronome too and loves to cook during her free time. Jalsa is a creative space that celebrates the actress’s passion for art, food and beyond.

Jalsa Will Serve Some Of Shefali’s Own Recipes

Jalsa is a buffet restaurant and its menu will incorporate dishes from regional as well as international cuisines. The decor of the restaurant is vibrant and cheerful, with a plethora of artworks, some created by Shefali herself. The colour palette is kaleidoscopic and at the same time, soothing. In Shefali’s words, Jalsa is not just a restaurant, but an experience. The restaurant will incorporate experiences like funfair games, henna art, astrology and more.

Coming to the menu of Jalsa, Shefali has shared some of her own recipes with the chefs. By collaborating with the chefs, Shefali aims to promise a gourmet experience blended with joy for her patrons.
