“This a is a good “no frills” restaurant supply store with a good sized selection of items. You will find the basics here, but not everything. The best deal I found were the sturdy Piano whisks, which were a very good price and they have several size options. You really have to take your time to sort through the clutter, but it’s a fun way to spend 30 minutes or so. I also left with a really cool restaurant style plastic container & lid that I’ve been looking for with measurements on the side for marinating lots of meat, bamboo tongs and an Asian-style soup ladle/spoon for my take-out ramen & curry noodle bowls. Yay!”
