The 15 Best Italian Restaurants in Dallas

Kory: Lyndsey Jones sings every other Thursday and various other nights. She’s the absolute best singer and pianist around Dallas. Call ahead to see if she’s there!

Phil Alcorn: The lasagna is to die for. Be sure to order that in addition to the Maggiano’s House Salad. The bacon & blue cheese crumbles atop the salad is sooo good. For something sweet, try the crème brulé.

Michael Anderson: My wife loves the spicy gemelli pasta and their martini. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had there, but their Italian sundae is unusual and simply amazing.

Traci Schuh: I always order pasta with two sauces, kind of a yin and yang-half of the pasta with bolognese and half with the pesto sauce, in the same bowl. The combo is yummy.

Travis Tindell: Sweet giblets! Pappardelle with truffle oil will light you up. Such rich creaminess with super fresh handmade pasta. This dining experience was amazing out on the enclosed porch. Love this place.

Dionne Williams: Great food, great service! The owner stopped by every table to talk to the patrons. He even brought the kids in my party complimentary gelato after dinner. I can’t wait to go back!!

Dot Ammons: We had dinner last night, charming place and the owner’s granddaughter (8 or 9 yrs) checked on tables as did the owner. Linguini w/red clam sauce and ceasar salad were excellent. Highly recommend

Eater: A table at Lucia is one of the toughest ressies in Dallas, not b/c they’re saving space for snobby VIPs, but b/c David Uygur’s homespun Italian resto only serves 16 tables/night. [Eater 38 Member]

Brian P: The Taverna Focaccia sounds like an odd combo, but it works & the chili oil pulls it all together. Good risottos and the green & white pasta with Truffle oil is awesome.

Robyn Harman: Brunch. Mimosas. Yes. All their dishes are amazing, and they have gluten free options too.

richard xlin: Jack Ruby ate here the night before he decided to shoot Lee Harvey Oswald. I bring out of town friends here when I give them a JFK tour.

Tony Sicilian: Try the white pie with broccoli, drop some crushed red pepper on it and enjoy!!!
