Sure, we’ve grown accustomed to expecting great things from Milkshake Concepts, the hospitality group owned and operated by Imran Sheik, James Faller, and Asim Sheik, but that doesn’t mean our mouths can’t water at the prospect of trying something new from them.

Milkshake Concepts recently announced the opening of a new eatery, The Finch, in Dallas’ Mockingbird Station where it will replace Café Express as the anchor restaurant, taking over the 5,760 square-foot space early next year. The Finch will share the shopping center with other eateries like Trinity Hall Irish Pub, Urban Taco, and Dallas Grilled Cheese Co.

Milkshake Concepts has been active in Dallas-Fort Worth since 2015. The company’s inaugural restaurant was Stir. Vidorra, Serious Pizza, Citizen, Dirty Bones, and more followed. And, lucky for us, the hospitality group is due to announce a new breakfast and brunch spot soon, according to Dallas Observer.

The Finch will reportedly offer a “warm, comfortable interior” with a sprawling patio, not to mention valet. The eatery will offer modern-American fare, and after it debuts in the shopping center, a second outpost will open in Grand Prairie’s Epic Central, the 172-acre mixed use development off Highway 161.
