The Mission Old Town menu in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

The Mission in Old Town is a restired chapel turned into a Mexican restaurant. The setting inside is really casual but also a perfect spot for a date. Parking outside is hot or miss since there’s lots of shops around, and seating inside can go quick since it’s always busy so I recommend making reservations. The staff here are amazing, food comes out quick, portion sizes are good for the prices but the real stars here are the appetizers. Their menu isn’t too big, but I’ll tell you the stars of the show are really that sections of apps. The street corn, the guacamole that gets made fresh at the table, the duck fried rice, anticuchos and the tostadas are all you need. The swordfish is alright, and the roasted pork shoulder for 2 is a good size but the taste just isn’t enough like it’s made up to be. Overall a great experience and amazing ambiance and food, would highly recommend.
