“I have been dealt with very poorly by one of the managers, the customer service was offensive and very rude. As a customer, I have never been treated with the lack of respect that was showed. Manager spoke to my group in a demeaning manner.

I am city of Miami-Dade resident and I have played at Crandon numerous times, the course is great, but after this encounter I will think twice about returning. After complaining about my experience, I never received any follow up resolution to my complaint.”
