Absolutely terrible bank to work with—and I used to work at one! I’m only 24 yrs old and I feel like an old crabby person writing this review, but seriously! EVERY month since I have had my car loan with them (6), I have had issues. I set up my loan on auto-pay. It’s easy and I don’t have to worry about it, right? Wrong. Three of the six months, I got charged twice (over $800)–their solution was to mail me a check for the refund of one month. Ok, thanks, that will be awhile, but it’s a solution. Doesn’t matter, it’s fine. Customer service (CS) was nice but didn’t have a solution as to why I got charged twice. Just mailed me a check. Next two months–my scheduled payment doesn’t pull. Why? CS has no idea. But now I’m late on my payment. They tell me to enter it manually. Fine.

I’m irritated but it’s whatever. They had no answers for me. THEN TODAY. My payment didn’t pull yesterday even though I quadruple checked it would pull. I get an email saying it was late. I call this morning, CS can’t help so they tell me call back in 5 minutes. Ok? I call back–“Oh this is the mortgage dept, let me transfer you”. Ok? Now I’m just frustrated. I finally get to talk to someone–I explain my situation, that I just want to know why this is happening, I’m to the point of tears due to my frustration, and CS goes “It says you have no pending payments. You can manually make one today. I don’t know what else to tell you.” OK. I kept my cool, I was kind, I did not yell at or berate a CSR at any time, I just wanted answers….I think my answer is to go refinance with another bank. So upset!!!!
