Prices may vary and are based on several factors such as the size of your party, the day selected, the time frame, specific requirements and the type of service such as make-ahead, buffet, or sit-down.
Please note that, unlike most venues, Villa Azur’s rental fee includes the site itself as well as value-added features of the facility including chairs, fine linens, tableware, silverware, serverware, glassware, lighting, DJ booth, sophisticated sound system, standard floral arrangement, standard signature décor, professional seasoned staff, basic setup/breakdown, and cleaning services.

All events are subject to 9% tax.
Reservations and Deposit:
In order to reserve all the service and catering by Villa Azur Team, the “CONTRACT” must be completed and signed and payment of the Deposit must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the scheduled event. If the client fails to specify the desired menu, wine, or décor within two (2) weeks of the scheduled event, Villa Azur does not guarantee the availability of particular menu, wine, or décor.

Guaranteed Guest Count:
A “guaranteed guest count” must be confirmed in writing at least five (5) days prior to the date of the event. In the event your event exceeds more than 5% of the guaranteed guest count, Villa Azur does not guarantee availability of the selected menu, wine, and décor. You will be charged for the total number of guests listed on the guaranteed guest count, regardless of whether less guests show. No refunds, reimbursements or discounts of any kind are permitted in the event, your event does not consume the food and wine provided by Villa Azur in connection with your selection of menu and/or wine.
