Leadership is made up of yes men/women, as this is what is sought from upper leadership. Heavy nepotism in leadership where those less qualified are fast tracked into roles they absolutely should not be in. This impacts company morale heavily as many adjusters who are with the company for longer than 1-2 years feel dissuaded from applying or pushing to be more of they are not part of “the in group” who hangs out outside of work. Truly toxic culture of “leadership” on the Med/PIP side, with no real improvement in sight.

Company does try to engage the adjusters via lunches, games, etc but at the end of the day it is not enough to overcome the other areas where promotions of multiple certain individuals has soured the entire pool of employees.
