Chef Alex Pineda, son of the famous chef Lydia Shrine, known for her award winning dishes as an owner and executive chef at many top restaurants on both US coasts and around the world, will exhibit his fine skills as a chef for all to enjoy.
Currently the executive chef at The Landing in Marblehead Massachusetts, Alex was a finalist in The Food Network’s popular tv show “Chopped”. Previous to his experience at The Landing he was the Executive Chef at Scampo (Italian for escape) located at The Liberty Hotel. Scampo is a dazzling space and is visited by many gourmet diners. Scampo offers a delightful atmosphere and features food with a non traditional Italian flare derived from a Mediterranean and Middle East influence.
At the young age of 31 Pineda has cooked around the world and will truly create an incredible culinary experience for all who attend.
