Gone are the days when ski-in dining meant a sad, overpriced sandwich and a bag of chips. These days, on-mountain restaurants are upping their culinary game. Skiers and snowboarders will find everything from craft beer bars to fine dining establishments without having to leave the slopes. To find the best on-mountain restaurants for 2021, a panel of experts selected 20 nominees, then our readers voted for the 10 best.

Diners arrive at Allie’s Cabin via an open air sleight ride. Upon arrival, they’re treated to a three course dinner in a cozy cabin on Beaver Creek.
