Bliss menu in San Antonio, Texas, USA

We had our 7 year anniversary here and it was absolutely fantastic. Super clean and a great up beat atmosphere.

We stayed at an AirBnB close by but the walk was a little further than expected. The staff at bliss, seeing we were hot, offered to seat us inside which we thankfully took.

The corn frittata was super crispy and airy on the inside. The sauce accompanied with it pairs very nicely with it and was super tasty. The next was the charcuterie board which we let our waiter choose the meat and cheese combinations because we are unfamiliar with good pairings. His choices were excellent and each meat and cheese was very fresh and exceeded our expectations.

Main Courses:
The gulf red snapper was super moist with an amazing sauce on the bottom with a nice salty hit from the caviar. The braised beef short rib was exceptionally tender and paired surprisingly great with the horseradish crème fraiche.

Additional Note:
Brett, our waiter, was by far one of the best waiters I?ve ever had. His complete knowledge of both the food and history of the restaurant really made the experience go from an A+, to one of the best we?ve had so far. Above extraordinary dining experience & fantastic staff that other restaurants should model themselves after.

Couldn?t have asked for a better anniversary location and when I?m in San Antonio, I?ll be back for sure!
