as long as your pet is not showing signs and the disease has not
been diagnosed or suspected prior to enrollment or during the waiting

If your pet has been diagnosed with a cruciate ligament problem in one leg knee that
is pre-existing or that occurs during the waiting period, a cruciate problem in the other leg will not be
covered, even if it happens after the waiting period.

For Healthy Paws, cruciate ligament problems are the only bilateral exclusion on their policy.
