Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands to Texas for the first time with its new Dallas location, opening to the public in fall 2021. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will be located in Uptown Dallas at 1900 Cedar Springs Road. The world-famous restaurant promises a memorable experience for kids, adults and everyone in between.

The 200 seat main dining area is filled with Instagrammable moments. The expansive space will feature large, brightly colored flower walls perfect for posing, and an elaborate and three-dimensional floral ceiling. The immersive space will also feature a video wall and a glimpse into the candy retail store. From the main dining area, guests can enter the retail store through a colorful candy heart wall. Once inside, they can choose from more than 50 types of sweet treats on Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall. A private dining room completes the room, with secluded seats for hosting large parties of up to 66 people. The restaurant’s separate bar area features 20 barstool seats and 40 high top tables that also provide full menu service. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining in the bar and lounge area, which is surrounded by fire pits and feature a lit flower tree, and retractable store-front windows that welcome the outdoors inside.

Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu features burgers, pizzas, pastas, and salads, as well as larger than life Insane Milkshakes, and colorful rainbow dishes. Popular menu items will include the Holly Gold Monster Burger and Insane Milkshake – dripping in 24k gold leaves, this signature monster burger is served with gold dusted french fries, Foodgod Truffle Ketchup; the Holly Gold Insane Milkshake is dripped with Ferrero Rocher golden truffles, topped with a gold draped chocolate glazed donut, whipped cream, a milk chocolate macaroon, and a gold dusted chocolate covered vanilla ice cream bar. Popular entree items include the Prime NY Steak Frites, a 8-ounce prime NY Strip, pan roasted with garlic herb butter and served with parmesan fries; Fettuccine Alfredo with garlic, butter, cream, parmesan and romano cheese; Pan Roasted Salmon with a slow roasted creamy salmon filet, yukon gold mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and bacon herb sauce; Lobster Penne Alfredo with roasted lobster tail, white wine, fresh herbs, and parmesan; or the Big Cheesy Burger, an angus beef burger, topped with melted white cheddar, creamy mac & cheese, bacon and bbq sauce on a toasted potato bun.

Guests can inject a pop of color into their breakfast order with the new fan favorite, the Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes – fluffy, colorful rainbow pancakes, served with warm maple syrup, and topped with chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles. Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes are lavishly decorated and served in chocolate-covered mugs. Favorites include the Giggles Snickers Milkshake, Princess Make A Wish Milkshake and Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake; or guests can opt for the late-night fondue with warm melted milk chocolate with toasted marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, cheesecake bites, red velvet cake, gummy bears, and brownie bites. Sugar Factory’s most legendary dessert is the sensational King Kong Sundae, which serves up to 12 people and features 24 scoops of ice cream covered with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant whirly pops.

The restaurant’s elevated white marble bar seats provide full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets like the popular Lollipop Passion, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies. Guests can also enjoy celebrity-approved goblets like The Rock’s Soul Man with his Teremana Tequila; 50 Cent’s Candy Shop with Branson Cognac; Mario Lopez’s Monster Hurricane with Casa Mexico Silver Tequila; Travis Scott’s Strawberry Hustle with Cacti Spiked Seltzer; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai made with SelvaRey Rum; the Chainsmokers’ JAJA Tequila Goblets featuring the Sour Flour Mango Sunrise and Electric Purple Jawbreaker; and Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila.
