Our Story

Don Pedro Mayor is a family-owned restaurant whose roots can be traced back to 1995 when two brothers decided to open a restaurant together in Salem, Oregon. Don Pedro Mayor is proud and grateful to serve the Salem community for over 24 years. You can find a mix of traditional Mexican dishes, Tex-Mex dishes, classic breakfast options, and American staples as well. Our original location is 1570 Lancaster Dr. Ne. Salem, OR 97301.

More recently, the Don Pedro Mayor name moved to Gresham, OR where Don Pedro Mayor #1 opened  in 2016. We have enjoyed serving the Portland/Gresham community for 4 years now and are grateful to our loyal customers! This branch is located at 18110 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97233.

 

The latest Don Pedro Mayor branch is bringing it back to Salem, OR. We are excited to offer a drive thru at Don Pedro Mayor Express, as well as some new dishes along with our staple dishes. Now open!
