Updating Existing Records or Creating a New Account
New Staff should use the REGISTER link on the login page to request a new account. Existing users who need to make changes, should use the Manage My Personal Information Page. This includes updating employer information. Your online requests will be more efficient than paper based Personal Information forms that are faxed or mailed. Please expect delays on faxed/emailed Personal Information Forms as our focus is on those who process online.
