RED : Farrell’s Ice Cream closes its last restaurant

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am highly disappointed in the overall experience. There was a mosquito in my food. Another member in my party had a mosquito in her food as well. It was disgusting. We spoke with the waiter (said his name was Jose) and he was not concerned at all. We asked to speak with the manager, who came to apologize and claimed we didn?t have to pay for anything. Our appetite was definitely ruined, he took off the price of our food off but still charged us for drinks, disappointed.

The staff overall are terrible. It?s difficult to get their attention once you place an order. We ordered food that we never got and the food that we did receive had bugs in it. We will never support this establishment again.
