I read the above review about the white screen. I had the same experience but I waited and waited and waited. It took a long time just in a blank white screen mode (about one minute) before the log in screen comes up. After that it is smooth sailing. Glad to have an app right at your finger tips.

For security reasons, this is not supported but with our recent update, you can now save that information moving forward. The default keyboard issue has been forwarded to our development team and we’re looking into this feature! I wanted to pay my Erie premium and tried to paste my 16-digit account #, but your app is broken and I couldn’t do it. If the inability to paste in your app is by design, that is poor design. Then the app defaults to the full keyboard instead of a 10-digit keypad, which has larger keys and you’re less apt to mistype with the big numbers. I wanted to send you a support ticket instead of blasting my displeasure in a public forum but when I tapped App Support from the store it took me to the Erie home page, not app support. Now I’m doubly irritated, but at least my bill is paid. Hope I didn’t use someone else’s acct via typo ??♀️.

I pay my premiums online with a desktop computer since that’s where I save receipts and do bookkeeping, etc, so I really only have this app as a way to access my ID card. It’s insane that it’s about to be 2022 and they still don’t support adding your Insurance ID Card to the Apple Wallet. Like, Office Depot supported that with their shopper rewards card 5 years ago. Erie, you seriously need to get with the times – you’re the only major insurance provider that hasn’t added this feature to their app.
