All seams are welded, ground, and polished to the original #4 finish. Galvanized steel baffle grease filters are included. The overall dimensions (WDH) for this hood are 192″ x 42″ x 20″.

192″ x 42″ is considered an average size for this restaurant hood, but please note: hoods are highly customizable because kitchen sizes vary and so do appliances. For example, if you’re using a wok, charbroiler, or steamer that has a higher smoke or steam output, you’ll need a larger hood.
