Freepik Company, a Malaga, Spain-based tech company that specializes in producing and distributing graphic resources, acquired Videvo, an Oxford, UK-based company that offers videos, audio clips and motion graphics.
The amount of the deal was undisclosed.
With the acquisition, Freepik is entering the stock video and audio categories. This deal will provide its users over 500K video assets, audio clips and motion graphics resources that will help creators from around the world to develop their personal and/or professional projects using a large source of content.

Videvo is from now on the official brand for Freepik Company’s stock video and audio product, which will be led by Tom Limb, and currently adds eight employees, based in the UK, to the +450 team.
