Sioux City Country Club’s 18-hole layout features a par 72, championship golf course, ranging from 4,890 yards to 6,400 yards, designed to be challenging for all levels of players.  Designed by Thomas M. Bendelow in 1908, a then aspiring golf course architect and now known as one of America’s greatest pioneers of golf course architecture, Sioux City Country Club demands the attention of a highly skilled golfer, without overwhelming the average golfer.  Narrow, tree lined fairways and small greens make up for the shorter yardage.  The front nine features elevation changes and uneven lies while the back nine layout is flat and allows for multiple opportunities to score.
