Gordon Ramsay makes his New York debut at The London NYC Hotel. The formal dining room, which will seat 45, is based on the Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, a three Michelin starred restaurant in London. The New York location will feature a seven-course menu, including Gordon Ramsay’s signiture Cappuccino of White Beans followed by Lobster ravioli poached in a lobster bouillon, celery root cream, shellfish vinaigrette and chervil velouté. A la Carte dishes include Hand Dived Sea Scallops, caramelized with salardaise potatoes, Alsace bacon, vinaigrette of black truffle and herb salad followed by Striped Bass Fillet, Steamed with fennel purée, fresh pasta and Oscietra caviar velouté. Desserts will include Pain Perdu, poached custard apples, Griotte cherries, pistachio ice cream and cherry crémeux and Bitter chocolate cylinder with coffee granité and ginger mousse.
