Hell’s Kitchen: All The Restaurants Gordon Ramsay Owns (Locations, Names & Worth)

Chef Gordon Ramsay is known for 2 things: a bad temper and good food. Hell’s Kitchen has had 19 seasons since its premiere in 2005. It was also renewed for a 20th season by Fox. Beyond being just a reality TV star, Ramsey is also a restauranteur.

Over the course of his life, Ramsey has owned over 50 restaurants. As of 2021, he has 35. They are spread across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. They range between fine dining and casual dining. After his seasons hosting Kitchen Nightmares, he’s met some of the craziest restaurant managers and knows what not to do with his own restaurants. One of the most famous is the Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, named and decorated for the series, and located in Caesars Palace. While previous seasons were filmed in a studio, filming has now moved to the Las Vegas restaurant. Fans can now eat where the show is filmed. But where else can fans go for a Gordon Ramsay approved dish?

There are many restaurants named after Gordon Ramsay, located across the globe including Malaysia and Italy. For casual dining, you can stop by Bread Street Kitchen, with locations in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Hainan (China). For more upscale cuisine and if you happen to be in France, you could visit Le Pressoir d’Argent in France, which was awarded 2 Michelin stars or La Veranda. What people might not know about a Gordon Ramsay restaurant is that not all of them have the same success, according to The Travel. Many of his restaurants in his Maze chain have closed, but there is still one in Doha (Qatar), London, and Hong Kong.

While in the U.S., you’re most likely to find his restaurants labeled with his name, most of his London locations you might not know he owned from the name. There’s the Foxtrot Oscar, Lucky Cat, Murano, Street Pizza, The Narrow, Savoy Grill, Petrus, Union Street Cafe, and York and Albany, all in London. His most successful location, though, was the first he ever owned, The Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London which opened in 1998 and has earned 3 Michelin stars.

According to Forbes, between his TV appearances and restaurants, Ramsay made $70 million in 2020. He has a net worth of $200 million. But the demanding chef isn’t content to sit back and enjoy his wealth. He secured investments to open 100 new restaurants over the next several years.

Many of Ramsay’s restaurants have had to temporarily close due to COVID, but with another 100 on the way, fans are in no danger of losing their opportunity to eat at a restaurant owned by their favorite cranky chef. Between all the existing restaurants, the new ones, possible future seasons of Hell’s Kitchen, and his five children, Ramsay will be plenty busy in the years to come.
