Note from Chef Robert:

These are extremely challenging times that we all are experiencing right now.  I have been a chef and business owner for the last 25 years, and the most important thing that I have learned is that in order to be successful you have to be able to strike a perfect balance in between providing quality services to your customers and being profitable.

As you can imagine offering in door dining is extremely expensive, and the costs associated with providing that service have absolutely skyrocketed.  The out-of-control inflation is like nothing I have ever seen in all the years I have been doing this.  Because of this we have made the decision to temporarily hit the pause button on offering in door dining.  It wasn’t an easy decision, but I must do what’s best for the business and my employees right now.

The good news is that we will continue providing takeout and delivery through DoorDash, as always, the restaurant is available to book for private luncheons and dinners, and I am also planning several special Chef’s Table Dinner events throughout the summer.  Thank you all for your patience and understanding and a real big thank you to all our regulars we will be back before you know it!
